The APR field service team routinely works with our customers to lock out electrical service and isolate the pump in the piping system or other rotating equipment at their facility. The pump is then field dismantled for inspection and either re-assembled or removed for a shop tear down then re-installed at a later date.
We have removed many types and sizes of equipment, including more than solely pumps, and successfully re-installed them again. All equipment is pre-balanced and aligned (if applicable) prior to installing. Then after the installation has been completed, the entire driver and unit undergoes laser alignment again.
