APR’s welding capabilities include working with many materials such as cast-iron, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, coppers, steel alloys and more.
We are capable of building up various materials to suit our customers’ needs. Our team can weld and finish the components in our machine shop to give customers the full-service treatment that they require.
The welding team can repair bearing housings, shafts, impellers, casings and other machine/pump components while efficiently refurbishing pump components back to their original specifications. Refurbishing services include but are not limited to crack-repairing as well as reinforcing and replacing sections.
The modification of pump components can also be done by APR’s welding team, such as increasing impeller size.
